Improval for Appraisers
Improval has been built to be a single solution for productivity tools. Along with the Appraisal toolkit within Improval these complement each other perfectly for Appraisers whether or not their appraisees are using Improval.
Calendar booking
The feature I use nearly every day on Improval is being able to share your free slots on your Calendar for others to request a booking. I built this because I was repeatedly email free slots for the weeks ahead only to have them change soon after I had sent the email.
Simply visit the Calendar section, add your free slots and use the sharing link to send to your appraisee. If your appraisee is using Improval this is built in. Your appraisee doesn't have to be registered with Improval though and they can only request a meeting, not book into your calendar and they can't see any other calendar bookings just the free slots.
Video calling
Improval has a video calling feature similar to using Teams or Zoom. This can be used whether the appraisee is using Improval for their appraisal or not and the appraisee doesn't need an improval account. You can integrate it with the calendar booking feature above or it can be used as a stand alone tool. The advantages of using it for a remote appraisal that, with the appraisees consent, you can record the meeting and then optionally use AI to help you get started with the Appraisal write up. The recording is only accessible to you and the appraisee and it is deleted once the appraisal is finally signed off.
