Starting a Video call

Starting a video call is easy from the meetings page. 

Use the Actions menu - then click: Virtual call
How to start a video call from a meeting

Inviting others

You can invite others during the call
  • share a generic link
  • invite by email
or

Add attendees to the Meeting page setup. Then select Share from the meeting actions menu (shown in the screenshot above) and this lets you send out an email with timings and a join link.

In the meeting have the features you expect:

  • Camera on or off
  • Camera selector
  • Share screen
  • Blur background
  • Record the audio
  • Share a meeting inviteSummarise with AI

Security features

  • The call is hosted with the UK
  • Recordings - audio recorded and stored on a UK secure, encrypted server (recording optional)
  • If AI is used for a summary - AI within the UK and the data is not used to train the model
