Appraisal summary of discussion
Improval can help Appraisers generate a draft of the Appraisal Summary of Discussion using:
- Meeting notes
- Appraisal documentation PDF
- Recording / transcript of the meeting
Confidentiality and security
- All processing take place within UK-hosted systems
- The appraisal data remains confidential
- The data is not used to train AI models
How to get started
First check your Improval account is marked as an Appraiser. If not visit your My Account page (link from the drop down menu below your name on the top right of the page) then from the Actions drop down select Features.
At the bottom of the Features page you will see the option to Mark your account as an Appraiser.
Then to find the Appraisal write up tool visit your Appraiser page from the main navigation menu. From there you will see the link. Next Start a new Summary and you should then see the page below where you can upload a summary or paste in a transcript.
You can also use the Improval Record app to securely record audio of a meeting.
